Terms of Service
Effective date: October 22, 2026
These Terms govern your use of myTDJournal (the "Service"), operated by Jonathan Yahir Ramirez Mendoza, an individual based in Florida, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
myTDJournal is a web application for recording and reviewing your own trades: a journal, statistics, trading rules, risk limits, and a calendar. It runs in your browser and stores your data in the cloud.
2. Not financial advice
myTDJournal is a record-keeping tool only. We do not provide investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, trading signals, or strategies. We do not execute trades, connect to brokerage accounts, or hold or move your funds. Any statistics, messages, or suggestions shown in the app are generated from the data you enter and are for personal reflection only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and all trading decisions are yours alone.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you register, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account. Access is activated for the email address used at purchase, so register with that same email.
4. License and lifetime access
When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own trading. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Service is offered, including updates we release. It does not mean the Service will exist forever. If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email and a way to export your data.
5. Price and payment
The purchase is a one-time payment shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Creem, who acts as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction. Prices may change for future customers. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account or license with others, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, use it for unlawful purposes, or resell or redistribute it.
7. Your data
You own the content you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to operate the Service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; the app lets you export a backup file.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, or remove features. Screenshot reading is automated and can make mistakes, so always check imported data before saving it.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless local consumer law gives you other rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
